Our orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Germany then takes approximately 2–4 business days.

You can select your desired text (e.g., a name) and embroidery color on the product. We will carefully embroider your request by hand. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable.

You can return non-personalized products within 14 days.

Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal – unless there is an error on our part.

We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Shopify Payments.
